Born into a musical family, multi-instrumentalist, singer/ songwriter/ educator T.M. Smith has performed and or recorded with Jon Fishman, Bobby Watson, Trey Anastasio, Sandra Wright, Regi Wooten, Grippo/Sklar Sextet among others and has also opened for such luminaries as Ray Charles, Dizzy Gillespie, Sarah Vaughn, Doctor John, etc. He is also a former Jazz faculty member at Goddard College.
